This statement sets out our policies and practices regarding collection, use, security and access to information when using Daysi Family Calendar – hereinafter referred to as “the Service”, in accordance with the requirements of the “Personal Data Act”.
1. Consent statement
When downloading the Daysi Family Calendar and creating a Family in the calendar, you also agree to processing of your user information for both you as administrator and for the family members you create.
When you sign up as an administrator, you also confirm that you are over 18 years of age, and it is your responsibility as the Family administrator that the family members you create also have given their consent to use and process the information stored in the calendar.
You may revoke your consent at any time you may wish. However, it will mean that you will not be allowed to use the Service anymore and that you will need to uninstalling the Daysi Family Calendar App on your phone. Your subscription will be terminated at the end of the subscription period that you have paid for and at the same time your information will be deleted as described under the section 6.
The Service we provide to you requires that we collect and store a variety of personal information. In connection with Article 13 of the Data Protection Act, we are therefore obliged to provide you with the following information:
3. Collection of personal data
We collect, process and store only the personal data necessary to deliver the Service we have agreed upon. Additionally, it may be decided by law what type of data is required to collect and store for our business operations. The type and extent of the personal data we process may also be required to fulfill a contract or other legal obligation.
When you create a Family in the Daysi Family Calendar, you must provide your email address as well as some specific information about your family. Your e-mail address also works as login afterwards. If the user profile is created after referring from an online ad, we will save information about which advertiser the user profile is referenced to optimize our marketing.
Daysi.dk uses Google Analytics & Facebook Pixel to analyze and optimize the use of our website and app.
Using our system typically creates additional Family Members, and each of them also creates login information and other relevant information in order to use our Service. It is the administrator’s responsibility to ensure that this information does not violate the 3rd person.
4. What information do we save?
In connection with the use of our Service, there are a number of information we store in order to provide the Service that we have agreed. These include:
– Name of users
– Email addresses
– Date of birth
– Start / End Date of Activity
Information we collect will be used in some or the following ways:
– For internal registration and statistical purposes
– In order to deliver an optimum functioning product
– For update and ongoing support
– To provide continued product informatio
– To improve our products and service
– Promotional e-mails regarding The use of “Daysi”
We may collect personal information when you visit our Daysi website. We can also automatically receive registration information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, cookie information, and the page (s) you have visited. We perform these things so we can measure traffic, measure the popularity of different parts of the website, as well as a statistical flow of your and members ‘use of “Daysi” to get a general knowledge and statistics about our users’ use of our software.
5. Security of your personal information
Daysi ApS has taken reasonable steps to ensure that all information collected will be safely and securely stored! Access to your personal information may only be performed by affiliates within the company Daysi ApS.

Daysi ApS has no responsibility and warranty against third party hacking into our database or other unauthorized access to data.
6. How long time do we store your data
All relevant information to be used for our Service is retained as long as you have chosen to subscribe to our Service.
If you, at any time, choose not to extend the subscription to our Service, the data that you and the rest of the family members have created will be deleted. Deletion of data will be completed within a period of 6 months from date of your subscription expiration. The delete will be made by Daysi at a time that fits into the deleted runs. For statistical purposes, however, there are certain information we retain, these are: E-mail, subscription type, creation date, subscription period and number of family members.
When you choose not to extend your subscription, Daysi can not be held liable for direct or indirect loss. that your data has been deleted.
You can opt out of receiving information from Daysi ApS, as well as opting out for further updates or deleting all data associated with your user account.
To opt out, send us an e-mail with “Opt-Out” on the subject line at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your account with all information will then be deleted.
8. Infringement of personal information
If you believe that your personal information has been violated, please contact Daysi Aps, email@example.com and we will try to resolve the issue.
